New <\/strong>in the top bar<\/li><li>Enter the name\u00a0of the blacklist<\/li><li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><li>Your blacklist is now created<\/li><\/ul><p>To add the blacklist in the automated scenario:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Go to <strong>Scenario<\/strong> under Automation menu item on the left<\/li><li>Select the existing automated scenario including the automated steps where you want to add a blacklist or create a new scenario<\/li><li>In the scenario, click on the +<\/li><li>Select <strong>Execute an action<\/strong><\/li><li>Click <strong>Send Email<\/strong> or <strong>Send SMS <\/strong>&#8211;
