Automation in Touchdown allows to set automated and dynamic paths for all your custom entities (leads, contacts, etc.) and manage them directly in one place.\u00a0<\/p>

To create a new scenario:<\/p>

  • Go to Scenario\u00a0<\/strong> in Touchdown menu<\/li>
  • Click on +<\/strong> New in the top bar<\/li>
  • Enter Name<\/li>
  • Select scenario type<\/li>
  • Click on Add an entry point<\/strong><\/li>
  • Select one of the entry points<\/strong><\/li>
  • Add Actions\/Triggers\/Conditions<\/strong> depending on your needs<\/li><\/ul>

    Note:\u00a0<\/em><\/p>

    • Only STATIC marketing lists can be used in the automation scenario <\/em><\/li>
    • Entry point entity type (contact, lead, etc.) determines the entity type for the whole scenario<\/em><\/li>
    • Combining different entities (contact, lead, etc)\u00a0 is not possible<\/em><\/li>
    • If you do not have marketing lists, use your views for the targeting<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              • Select Member’s date field is matched<\/strong><\/li>
              • Select what will determine the date match (Created On, Birthday, Last Included in Campaign…)<\/li>
              • Select the frequency<\/li>
              • Select the launch for the scenario<\/li>
              • Select the time for the first trigger<\/li>
              • Click OK<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                        • Test the campaign by sending it to chosen email address(es)<\/li>
                        • Run the anti-spam analysis<\/li>
