<strong>From<\/strong>:<ul><li>Click on the From to open a list of created sender names<\/li><li>Click on the appropriate sender name for your email campaign<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Add recipients by clicking next to <strong>To<\/strong>:<ul><li>You can combine any Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Marketing lists<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Next to <strong>Except <\/strong>you can exclude recipients (optional):<ul><li>You can add already created marketing lists by clicking next to Except and selecting the ones you want<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Add a <strong>Subject\u00a0<\/strong>by clicking next to Subject<\/li><li>Select how you want to prepare your email from the following options:<ul><li>Drag-and-drop emailbuilder &#8211; find more information<strong> <a href=\"\/help\/drag-drop-emailbuilder\/\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li>Import code &#8211; find more information <strong><a href=\"\/help\/html-editor\/\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li>Plain text editor<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Create email content according to your choice<\/li><li>Once you are done, click <strong>Save &amp; clicks in your HTML.<ul><li>Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> to verify if you are tracking your email<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>You&#8217;re using XX MB of 5 MB for image storage.<ul><li>Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> to display a list of all the images used in your email\u00a0<\/li><li>Next to each image you can Click <strong>On Touchdown Cloud<\/strong> to change their hosting and embed them in the email for to be instantly shown in the email<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>No attachment will be included in your email.<ul><li>Click on <strong>Edit &gt; Add attachments<\/strong> to add attachments\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Once you have finished, it is recommended to <strong>send a test<\/strong> for your campaign:<\/p><ul><li>In <strong>Test your email<\/strong> click on the dashes<\/li><li>Type one or several email addresses that will receive the email test<\/li><li>Click <strong>Send to X email address<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>You can also run the <strong>Anti-spam analysis<\/strong> representing the possibility of your email ending up in a spam folder indicated by a number out of 5<em> (5 being the worst possible)<\/em>:<\/p><ul><li>Click <strong>Run an analysis<\/strong> &#8211; The closer to zero the higher chance for your email campaign to end up in the inbox folder<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c195ea2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c195ea2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sending mode<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b9dee5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b9dee5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Once you have finished your email campaign and you are ready to send it:<\/p><ul><li>Click <strong>Finalise your campaign<\/strong> in the upper right corner to select one of the following sending modes:<ul><li>Click <strong>Immediately<\/strong> to send your email campaign immediately<\/li><li>Click <strong>Schedule sending<\/strong> to program your send<ul><li>Under delivery date, click on the date<\/li><li>Select the date from the calendar<\/li><li>Click on the clock<\/li><li>Select specific hour and minutes for the send<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Click <strong>Predictive sending<\/strong> to send your email based on each contact&#8217;s data to send the email campaign at the most appropriate time<ul><li>Under Starting date, click on the date<\/li><li>Select the date from the calendar<\/li><li>Click on the clock<\/li><li>Select specific hour and minutes for the send<\/li><li>Under Duration click on days to select how many days the predictive sending can take into account for the calculation of the most appropriate sending time for each contact<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Preparation Creating an email campaign requires the following: Your sender name &#8211;
